Kutuzoff completed our online Ableton Laser Package in 2014 and has since gone on to become a regular artist for top underground label Baroque Records. He creates deep, rolling, melodic Progressive House and Techno and has received support from international DJ’s playing his tracks in the worlds most famous clubs.
We always stay in touch with our students and support them throughout their music careers and we caught up with Kutuzoff to find out more about his experience with Quantize and his plans for 2015.
Tell us about the new tracks you have released:
I released the Magnum EP on Method Records ( Baroque ) . There are 3 new tracks with some serious dark rolling melodic and techno rhythms: Magnum , Mountain river and Keith Hypnosis
What made you decide to take a course with Quantize? :
I watched a lot of tutorials about writing music on youtube. Nowadays you can find a huge amount of material on the internet about music production, but I find the Quantize style of learning is most efficient for me. Everything is presented clearly with no unnecessary information.
How did Quantize Courses help you on your journey as a Music Producer? :
By providing a step-by-step, convenient system of education, even for those who do not know English. There is a great balance of theory and practice. After the course, I have a clear workflow for writing tracks and I have kept my momentum. In summary; I am now regularly writing and releasing music.
Tell us what motivates you to create music? :
I am inspired by my family, nature and interesting events in my life. I work at a big company and music is my meditation.
And finally, what is the goal for 2015? :
My goal for 2015 is to learn more secrets about professional arrangement and practice my mixing techniques. I have set some targets for releasing more tracks at prestigious labels around the globe.
